Air Cell mattress covers and casings are a speciality of ours. We even weave the webbing within our factory which secures the air cell mattress to the bed.
We also manufacture de-escalation seating arrangements which can be tailored to your client’s requirements.

In any material requested or supplied your client providing it meets the relevant Crib Rating.
We would require certification should you want fire labels attaching to your product.
We offer three standard closure methods:
- Fully Sealed
- Raised Zip. For turnable mattresses
- Hygiene Flap over the zip to protect the zip from bodily fluids and other noxious substances.
On Pu covers Screen printed Legal and Cleaning instructions comes as standard. We have a generic screen print which can house your company name, website and phone number which is included in any price quoted. Our bespoke but competitive Screen Printing is P.O.A.
Screen Printing upon Vandal proof material will degrade within 12 months.
